Job summary

BJs Wholesale Club is hiring at our Baltimore-area store for a Frontline Member Services role. You will actively promote memberships, handle inquiries, and drive sign-ups while delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, processing renewals and upgrades, and supporting general member needs in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend availability and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the BJs value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the Member experience.
• Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs in accordance with policy.
• Sells membership products to potential new and existing members with high energy and determination.
• Drives toward goal achievement, defined by business benchmarks and results.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members, including assistance with memberships, credit card applications, and exchanges.
