Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Membership Sales & Retention Specialist for be FITNESS. You will drive financial success by engaging current members and recruiting new ones, sourcing referrals, and aligning members with suitable tracks to meet health and fitness goals.

You will manage leads, schedule consultations, and support revenue goals through personalized onboarding and ongoing engagement, while collaborating with staff and partners.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in personal training, group exercise, sales, and/or member engagement.
• Knowledge of principles for showing, promoting, and selling services.
• Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other required software.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales opportunities by connecting with individuals, groups, companies, local businesses, and community partners.
• Manage leads, follow up tasks, new member touchpoints, and member check-ins through Club OS.
• Welcome and orient new members with staff, scheduling fitness consultations, InBody scans, and onboarding experiences.
• Identify and reengage at-risk or inactive members to improve retention.
• Track and report membership sales, initiation fees, revenue goals, and engagement metrics.
• Represent the club professionally and support safety and development goals.
