WWE in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Manager of Membership Growth to launch and scale a new digital membership product. You will convert waitlist and fan audiences into paid members, and build lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, web, app, and landing pages.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience in subscription, loyalty, e‑commerce, sports or media, and will partner with CRM, Data, Product, Marketing, and Events teams to drive growth through owned channels.

• Experience in subscription, membership, e‑commerce, loyalty, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to own and optimize owned-channel growth initiatives.

• Own paid member growth for the digital membership product, converting waitlist and owned fan audiences into paid members.
• Build and manage lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, web, app, and landing pages.
• Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, purchase history, geography, event interest, and preferences.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to improve funnel moments from waitlist to paid signup.
• Plan launch activities, testing, optimization, and performance readouts.
