Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Experience working with children is helpful.
• Climbing knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; answer questions about facility, programs, and memberships.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, day passes, programs, and retail products.
• Provide tours of the facility and explain benefits of memberships and services.
• Operate the membership system for registrations and sales transactions.
• Process registrations, waivers, and issue climbing gear.
• Facilitate instruction and orientation for new climbers.
• Monitor gym for safety and maintain welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean facility and assist with general upkeep.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Develop belay skills and teach belay classes if applicable.
• Support team in maintaining a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Other duties as required.
