Job summary

Central Rock Gym in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Front Desk Sales team member to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, conduct facility tours, explain programs and memberships, process sales, check-ins, and issue climbing gear.

You will help create an outstanding CRG experience by delivering excellent customer service while supporting the growth of our membership community.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic personality.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Climbing knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and answer questions about facility, programs, and memberships.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, day passes, programs, and retail products.
• Provide facility tours and explain membership benefits.
• Operate the RGP system for registrations and sales transactions.
• Process registrations, review forms and waivers, and issue climbing gear.
• Facilitate instruction and orientation for new climbers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Support a fun, inclusive community.
