Job summary

Central Rock Gym in Watertown, MA is seeking a Front Desk Sales team member who will be the first contact for members and guests, greet visitors, give facility tours, explain programs and memberships, and process sales and check-ins. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and answer questions about the facility, programs, and memberships.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, day passes, programs, and retail products.
• Provide engaging tours of the facility and explain the benefits of CRG memberships and services.
• Operate the RGP system for memberships, registrations, and sales transactions.
• Process registrations, review waivers, and issue climbing gear.
• Facilitate instruction and orientation for new climbers.
• Maintain a clean gym and safe environment.
