KidStrong Raleigh is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive membership sales across centers. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calling, lead management, and building a pipeline through community partnerships and events.

You will work with coaches and operations to ensure a world-class experience for new members, follow up on opportunities, and contribute to retention and referrals. Flexible schedule with travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in outbound phone sales; 200+ daily calls typical.
• Strong sales mentality with drive to exceed targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CRM experience and ability to manage leads and conversions.
• 2+ years in health, fitness, or hospitality sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound calls.
• Manage and exceed sales budgets and KPIs.
• Oversee sales processes; use systems like CRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with operations for observations, trials, enrollments.
• Build partnerships and run community engagement plans.
• Support center initiatives and coach during classes as needed.
