Job summary

Greensboro Country Club is seeking a Director of Membership to drive growth, retention, and engagement. You will lead membership marketing, prospect outreach, onboarding, and program development to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to refine policies, manage the membership database, and report on trends, budgets, and activity to support the Club's strategic goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in hospitality or private club operations.
• Experience in membership sales, marketing, CRM or related areas is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet membership goals.
• Oversee membership administration and reporting.
• Enhance member retention and engagement programs.
• Coordinate member events and communications across departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote Club amenities and programs.
• Monitor budget and track membership activity and attrition.
