Job summary

Hasentree invites applications for a Director Member Experience at Premier Golf & Country Club in Wake Forest, NC. The role shapes the member journey, drives revenue, engagement and loyalty by designing experiences, onboarding processes, events and programs aligned with the club’s strategy.

You will lead the Member Experience team, partner with the General Manager and department heads, oversee budgeting, staffing and training, and implement a multi‑channel communications plan to keep members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy to boost retention and engagement.
• Partner with General Manager and department heads on revenue-generating initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends.
• Plan and execute member events and programs aligned with the club’s mission.
• Oversee onboarding for new members and early tenure management.
• Lead the Member Experience team and manage budgeting, staffing, and training.
