Job summary

The Club at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Coast, Florida seeks a Director of Membership to grow and retain a diverse membership base. You will communicate benefits, classifications, policies and services to prospective and current members while building relationships with real estate professionals, Club leadership, and operating departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in private club membership.
• Previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual membership sales and retention strategies aligned with Club goals.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through application, approval, onboarding, and activation.
• Build relationships with prospective members, current members, homeowners, and referral sources.
• Conduct membership tours and presentations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and track progress toward membership goals.
• Monitor trends, resignations, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Serve as a trusted resource for members, responding promptly and professionally to questions and concerns.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
