Job summary

The Country Club of Florida seeks a Director of Membership and Communications to oversee membership admissions, onboarding and related communications. This senior role partners with the General Manager, Board, and committees to deliver a high-touch member experience and to steward the Club’s brand across channels.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director will manage membership operations, governance-related activities and engagement strategies, ensuring discretion, privacy and exemplary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; private clubs or luxury hospitality background valued.
• Experience in membership, communications, governance, or executive committees is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with membership management systems and digital communications platforms expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Club resource for membership inquiries and sponsor relations.
• Guide candidates through admissions, coordinating tours, meetings and events.
• Provide strategic direction for Club communications and brand standards.
• Lead department priorities, budgets and cross-functional collaboration with leadership.
• Prepare reports for the Board and oversee membership statistics and trends.
• Support onboarding and engagement programs to strengthen member experiences.
