Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Sales Director for Broad Bay Country Club in Virginia Beach to lead membership sales efforts, coach the sales team, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will align pricing, capacity, and experiences with the club's membership goals, working closely with the GM and operations.

You will drive outbound prospecting, manage a robust pipeline, and leverage HubSpot to forecast results and coach performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading membership sales or similar high-touch sales roles.
• Proven ability to drive targets and coach a sales team.
• Strong value-based selling and pipeline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the Director's and club's membership sales targets.
• Lead and coach the sales team; manage a qualified pipeline.
• Own outbound prospecting plan using various lead sources.
• Conduct value-based discovery; tailor tours; close membership opportunities.
• Ensure team knowledge of pricing, options, and value proposition.
• Maintain HubSpot discipline: contacts, deals, activities, next steps.
• Review pipeline quality, aging, and conversion; coach where needed.
• Collaborate with GM and club operations to hit membership goals.
