Job summary

The role will track membership revenue, manage the annual budget, and supervise the Membership Coordinator while partnering across departments to deepen member connections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience including supervisory/lead experience
• Experience with CRM (Tessitura preferred) and data management best practices
• Experience running email marketing campaigns for membership/fundraising
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement membership renewal campaigns and automate renewal processes
• Design and implement acquisition campaigns using direct mail, onsite, and online solicitations
• Plan and execute Annual Fund campaigns
• Analyze data to measure success and iterate campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing and Visitor Experience to maximize membership opportunities
• Oversee member engagement journey including events and communications
• Develop member communications and collateral for print, onsite, and online
• Supervise the Membership Coordinator and manage customer service and events
