Job summary

Invited is seeking a Membership Director for Silver Lake Country Club in Silver Lake, OH. This role drives membership growth, onboarding, and member engagement, aligning with strategic sales initiatives to hit revenue goals.

You will cultivate relationships, manage onboarding, and connect members to the club community through effective engagement and communications. Strong sales experience and familiarity with private clubs are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with golf or private clubs is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership through targeted recruitment and referrals to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Facilitate upgrades by engaging current members and promoting higher-tier options.
• Maintain a robust prospect inventory and track prospects in the CRM system.
• Generate new member prospects and connect them with the club community.
• Collaborate with the RVP – Membership and Marketing to develop quarterly and annual plans for qualified leads.
• Work with the General Manager in weekly sales meetings to align on goals and strategies.
• Assist the department in managing expenses and monitor contra revenue to support net dues growth.
• Represent the club at community events to raise awareness and attract potential members.
• Execute a structured 30/60/90-day follow-up cadence to drive referrals and engagement.
• Participate in planning and executing club events to enhance member engagement and growth.
