Job summary

Arcis Golf in Solon, OH seeks a Sales Director of Membership Sales to lead the club's membership growth. You will own a qualified pipeline, drive value-based tours, and coach the sales team toward ambitious targets.

Partnering with the General Manager and Operations, you will align pricing, capacity, and the member experience while maintaining HubSpot discipline and accurate forecasting across the club network.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive full-cycle sales experience with leadership or player/coach responsibilities.
• Proven track record of meeting individual targets and improving team performance.
• Strong value-based and consultative selling skills to uncover needs and close.
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot Sales Hub or similar CRM.
• Understanding of membership sales economics and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed membership sales targets for the director and club.
• Lead a sales team, manage a qualified pipeline, and coach performance.
• Execute focused prospecting using outbound activities and referrals.
• Conduct value-based discovery, tailor tours, and close opportunities.
• Ensure HubSpot discipline, reporting, forecasting, and CRM data quality.
• Coordinate with GM and operations to align pricing and capacity.
