The role includes outbound prospecting, annual planning, and marketing oversight, partnering with Golf Operations, F&B, and Merchandising to drive revenue and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality sales or club setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all group, tournament, leisure, and transient sales activities to maximize revenue.
• Develops and executes a data-driven sales strategy and annual plan.
• Outbound prospecting: 50–100 emails/calls weekly to targets.
• Oversees CRM system management and pipeline forecasting.
• Partners with Golf Operations, F&B, and Merchandising to maximize ancillary revenue.
• Leads sales presentations, site tours, and client engagements.
