Job summary

Entreprenista is seeking a dynamic Membership Success Advisor to empower women founders. You will spend most days on Zoom connecting with prospective and current members, diagnosing their needs, and guiding them toward the right membership, groups, events, and programs to help their business grow.

This fast-paced, high-volume role requires excellent communication, a consultative mindset, and a track record in sales.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in membership, community, or consultative sales environments.
• Strong communication skills with virtual meeting capabilities (Zoom).
• Ability to manage 6–8 calls per day and build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member-facing representative for Entreprenista, guiding prospective members to suitable options.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and recommend programs.
• Collaborate with the Community & Membership team to tailor recommendations.
• Track and manage your sales pipeline daily; attend daily sales huddles.
• Document member interactions in HubSpot and Google Sheets; meet goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the member journey and brand experience.
• Represent Entreprenista with warmth, professionalism, and curiosity about founders' stories.
