Job summary

Startups.com, the world’s largest platform for launching and scaling startups, seeks a Startup Growth Advisor to drive the full sales cycle from lead to close.

You’ll engage Founders via email and phone, sell service packages, and hit aggressive monthly revenue targets of 15K–20K gross.

Compensation centers on a wide commission (34–100% of net sales) with equity vesting over 24 months and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k option.

What You’ll Do:

• Help Founders leverage our platform to Raise Capital, Find Customers, and Recruit Team Members
• Engage inbound Founders via email and phone
• Sell low-cost service packages (few thousand dollars each)
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Hit monthly sales goals (target: $15K–$20K gross revenue/month)

Skills & Tools:

• Strong communication and consultative selling
• Familiar with the basics of startup funding, growth, and marketing
• Proficient in Hubspot CRM, including Sales Sequences
• Able to manage dozens of active conversations simultaneously

Compensation:

• Commission: 34%–100% of Net Sales, after base pay
• Company Equity vested over 24 months
