Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB Membership. You will be the product expert for CLUB relations, handle activations, sales, and account inquiries while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes accurate CLUB inventory, payments processing, and delivering a premium guest experience with coaching and teamwork. Part-time schedule in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Operate CLUB booth; process memberships, payments, and applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and keep the CLUB booth organized.
• Provide full CLUB Member experience including service processes.
• Deliver daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
• Provide peer coaching and CLUB advocacy to guests and teammates.
