Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will act as a CLUB product expert, processing applications and handling payments while ensuring a superior store experience.

The role supports CLUB operations, member engagement, and compliance programs, with responsibilities across the store as needed. Part-time position with benefits described below.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and maintain CLUB inventory.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; coach and support CLUB advocates.
