Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Membership Support Specialist in Indianapolis to serve as the primary contact for members and guests, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate membership records. This role collaborates with staff and volunteer leaders to enhance member value and experience.

The successful candidate will handle front desk duties, facilitate new member processing, and support billing, events, and audits while upholding confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.

• Experience with membership or billing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line contact for members and guests in person, by phone, and via ticketing system, supporting front desk and events.
• Maintain accurate membership records and ensure compliance with MIBOR policy requirements.
• Process Member Transfer, Termination (Drop), Reinstatement, and New Member Applications.
• Handle general billing and administrative tasks for internal departments, members, audits, and events.
• Assist as front desk receptionist or membership host at new member socials and events.
• Collaborate with team to audit and update membership records including renewal cycles.
• Create and edit invoices; respond to billing inquiries; troubleshoot issues with billing and payments.
• Contribute to department goals and special projects as needed.
