Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain member-facing materials and onboarding communications.
• Support communications calendar and outreach for founding members and stakeholders.
• Manage member databases, contact lists, RSVP lists, and engagement trackers.
• Assist with event timelines, briefs, registrations, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop internal tools, calendars, trackers, and SOPs to organize member journeys.
