Job summary

Invited Clubs in the United States is seeking a proactive Member Experience Coordinator to help build a welcoming, connected club community. You will coordinate the event calendar, manage registrations, assist with setup, and support member communications across channels.

You will also capture event photos, welcome new members, oversee social media, update marketing materials, and collaborate with department heads to align annual events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to make every member and guest feel valued.
• Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills across channels (verbal, written, phone, text, social).
• Proven ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations and assist with event setup (decor, name badges, welcome signs).
• Support onboarding, programming, communication, and retention efforts for members.
• Manage social media posts and ensure the event calendar is accurate across channels.
• Update club marketing materials and digital displays.
• Maintain up-to-date event and registration information and promote events.
• Collaborate with department heads to create a unified annual event calendar and engage members.
