Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to help enhance the club’s member experience. You will coordinate events, manage registrations, assist with setup and décor, and support communications to engage members.

You’ll also handle photos, thank‑you notes, and postcards for future events, while maintaining the event calendar across channels. The role emphasizes onboarding, programming, and retention efforts, plus active social media involvement and updating club marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or a customer‑facing role preferred.
• Service‑oriented mindset; make members and guests feel valued.
• Strong communication across verbal, written, phone, text and social media.
• Ability to multi‑task under pressure with attention to detail.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations, assist with setup and décor.
• Support onboarding, programming, communications and retention.
• Capture event photos and send thank‑you notes to speakers.
• Write personalized postcards inviting members to future events.
• Manage social media posts and keep event calendar accurate.
• Update marketing materials and promote events through channels.
• Maintain event data in MembersFirst and other systems.
• Assist with referrals, resignations, and follow‑ups as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads on the annual calendar.
