Job summary

CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) is seeking a full-time, early career Coordinator to join our Community Operations Team in Cambridge. You will build relationships with members, respond to inquiries, and help with everyday operations and events.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of professional experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a genuine interest in helping others. This role offers growth with a growing company and strong benefits as outlined by the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with CIC members and respond to their questions and needs.
• Handle a variety of member requests creatively and effectively, from office rearrangement to event hosting.
• Stock and maintain supplies in kitchens and conference rooms and ensure upkeep of systems.
• Assist with onboarding new members and office moves, including conference room setups.
• Support front desk operations for ~15% of time and staff front desk during Venture Café events.
• Assist other teams with special projects and cover other operations teams as needed.
• Organize community events to encourage networking among members.
