Saratoga Regional YMCA in Glens Falls, NY is seeking a full-time Membership Manager to oversee the member lifecycle, driving growth, onboarding, engagement and retention. You will lead Member Service Representatives, ensure consistent processes, train staff, and track membership performance metrics to boost participation and satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or member engagement.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Conduct member tours and train staff on engagement and sales.
• Follow up with prospective members to improve conversions.
• Oversee onboarding of new members within 48 hours of activation.
• Connect members with programs and services offered by the Y.
• Ensure SOP consistency across the MSR team in coordination with Membership Ops.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of MSRs.
• Support branch leadership to deliver a welcoming member experience.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and accurate cash handling.
