• Strong hospitality and member service skills.

• Initiative and reliability in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update membership information across Club systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Track and analyze membership trends and compile findings into reports and presentations.
• Maintain departmental spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Support Membership operations and communications with other departments.
• Assist with candidate information organization and admissions processes.
• Provide Front Desk support and assist with club communications across channels.
