Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Membership Engagement Specialist to support the Popverse community with member-focused experiences, customer support, and engagement programs. The role collaborates with marketing, product, and live events to enhance membership value.

You will help manage member communications, coordinate onsite activities at ReedPop events, and analyze engagement data to drive improvements in satisfaction and usage. Some travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing communications, membership programs, or customer engagement.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer-focused messaging.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at events, including evenings/weekends.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM, and community/events platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Popverse members, delivering timely support and building relationships.
• Plan and execute year-round member engagement initiatives and promotions.
• Manage onsite membership experiences at ReedPop events and related activities.
• Coordinate with event teams to staff and communicate membership programs.
• Analyze member feedback and engagement trends to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging member communications.
