ReedPop in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator (Memberships) to support and grow the Popverse membership community. You'll handle member inquiries, execute engagement programs, and help deliver on-site experiences at ReedPop events.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and event teams to improve member value and satisfaction. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to travel for events.

Formación

• Experience in marketing communications, membership programs, or customer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer-focused messaging.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills with multiple initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for Popverse members, resolving issues and building relationships.
• Plan and execute year-round member engagement initiatives and promotions.
• Manage onsite membership experiences at ReedPop events (lounges, wristbands, first-access).
• Coordinate with event teams and vendors to staff and communicate membership programs.
• Gather feedback and report on engagement metrics to improve membership value.
