Job summary

Louisville Ballet seeks a Membership Manager to join the Development team in a hybrid New York setting. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Director of Development and leads the membership program, online appeals, events, and other fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing the membership calendar, CRM data integrity (Raiser’s Edge), renewals, donor stewardship, campaigns, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of nonprofit membership experience.
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge.
• Proven track record in events and donor relations.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for poetry, literature, and the arts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute the annual membership calendar.
• Manage CRM database and ensure weekly payments logged.
• Process renewals, acknowledgments, and premiums with the team.
• Ensure exceptional stewardship of members and online donors.
• Coordinate direct mail and online membership campaigns.
• Develop data-driven approaches to improve retention and recruitment.
• Produce monthly membership reports and reconcile revenue with Finance.
