Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the Membership pipeline and fundraising campaigns.
• Develop multi-year cultivation and stewardship plans for major gifts.
• Provide data analytics and dashboards to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and frontline fundraisers to meet targets.
• Oversee donor segmentation, moves management and gifts processing.
