Job summary

YMCA of Greater Louisville is seeking an Assistant Membership Director at Northeast Family YMCA in Louisville, KY. This full-time role focuses on fostering a member-centered culture under guidance from the Senior Membership Director to strengthen community engagement and support organizational goals.

You will train and mentor 25 part-time staff, connect prospective members with membership benefits, and drive enrollment and retention through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Handle member questions/complaints professionally.
