Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in membership management, member relations, or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM tools and member relationship management systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead member onboarding, retention initiatives, and maintenance of membership databases.
• Drive member engagement and promotional programs that highlight perks and foster community connections.
• Develop client recognition strategies to deliver a personalized experience across a large membership base.
• Lead the writing and distribution of member communications, including newsletters and updates.
• Lead outreach efforts and manage the prospect sales cycle across multiple accounts and platforms.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to organize prospects, track the sales pipeline, and maintain data integrity.
• Analyze membership data and track KPIs to propose data-driven improvements for member experience and revenue growth.
