The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is seeking a Membership Data Specialist to transform membership data into strategic insights. You will analyze the full member lifecycle, surface trends, and surface risk factors to guide programmatic and product decisions.

You will track performance across member segments, translate data into clear leadership reports, and uphold data quality by auditing records and enhancing CRM workflows for onboarding, renewals, reporting, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business intelligence, information systems or related field.
• 2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or CRM/AMS data management.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards (Tableau, Power BI preferred) and created predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and interpret member data to inform reports and recommendations.
• Analyze lifecycle trends: recruitment, engagement, attrition, retention risk factors.
• Track acquisition and retention performance across key segments.
• Manage outsourced market research projects (e.g., annual member survey).
• Deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity; audit member records and demographic data.
• Collaborate with IT/data and Membership teams to optimize CRM onboarding, renewals, reporting, and segmentation.
• Identify data quality issues and define requirements for system enhancements.
