Job summary

ACOG is seeking a Membership Data Specialist to transform member data into actionable insights guiding strategic programs, products, and membership decisions. The role analyzes the full member lifecycle and surfaces trends for leadership and cross-department use.

You will audit data quality, partner with IT and data teams on CRM workflows, and deliver clear reports. This hybrid DC-based position requires strong analytics, storytelling with data, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business intelligence, information systems or related field.
• 2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or CRM/AMS data management.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and interpret member data to inform reports and programmatic decisions.
• Analyze membership lifecycle trends including recruitment, engagement, attrition, and retention risk factors.
• Track acquisition and retention metrics across key member segments.
• Manage outsourced market research projects and translate findings into actionable reports.
• Collaborate with IT/data and Membership teams to optimize CRM workflows for onboarding, renewals, reporting, and segmentation.
