Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• 5 years membership association experience, communications experience.
• Understanding of membership/customer lifecycle.
• Experience creating data-informed membership marketing campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Provide membership marketing guidance and liaise across the organization.
• Support brand awareness and enforce brand guidelines.
• Analyze membership data to inform recruitment and retention strategies.
• Execute recruitment and engagement strategies with Membership leadership.
• Partner with marketing to expand reach for programs, events, and products.
• Develop and lead a volunteer engagement strategy aligned with mission and priorities.
• Oversee the Gather Voices platform and drive participation.
