American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists seeks a Membership Data Specialist to turn membership data into strategic insights across recruitment, retention and engagement. You will surface trends, create reports for leadership, and steward data quality within CRM workflows and segmentation.

The role is hybrid and requires commuting to the Washington, D.C. office; experience with Power BI/Tableau and CRM systems is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong data visualization and BI requirements skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with data management best practices.
• Experience with data integration and API connections.
• Familiar with predictive modeling and member lifecycle analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and interpret member data to inform reports and recommendations.
• Track lifecycle trends: recruitment, engagement, attrition, retention risk.
• Monitor acquisition and retention metrics across key segments.
• Manage outsourced market research projects with consultants.
• Deliver clear reports and presentations to leadership and partners.
• Maintain data accuracy and CRM workflows for onboarding and renewals.
• Identify data quality issues and define system enhancement needs.
• Collaborate with IT/data and Membership teams on segmentation.
• Support organizational priorities with additional duties.
