El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Florida to greet customers with energy, promote the Unlimited Membership, and convert visits into loyalty. You will read customers, tailor your approach, and close sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming site environment.

You’ll log feedback and insights to help the team improve, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills and sales drive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.

• Handle the hard moments - resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.
• Capture feedback - log input in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
