The Dallas YMCA is currently seeking a Membership Coordinator for the Lake Highlands branch.

Job Description

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is actively seeking a cause-driven leader to join the team as a Membership Coordinator at the Lake Highlands Family YMCA.

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, established in 1885, consists of 16 branches and 2 destination camps, employing over 2,000 staff, all dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected, and secure children, adults, families, and communities. We are one of the largest YMCAs in North America and serve over 200,000 people annually through programs and events.

This is a full-time, hourly position requiring evening and weekend work.

Under the direction of the Senior Membership Director, this role is responsible for all "back office" functions of the membership process and serves as a lead for membership staff while on duty. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, maintains a professional image, and works harmoniously with staff and members.

Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Physical, visual, and auditory capabilities necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
• An energetic personality capable of managing multiple tasks and motivating staff.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Successful completion of Reclique Core (POS) Level 1, 2, and Business Services, and CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
