Life Time, Inc. in Naperville, IL, seeks a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver exceptional customer service, promote memberships, and support the buying experience. You will drive club acquisition and retention while mentoring teammates and modeling service excellence.

Responsibilities include check-in facilitation, handling inquiries, educating members on programs and pricing, and supporting Personal Training sales. A proactive, friendly attitude and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate member check-in for a welcoming start to visits.
• Handle inbound calls and route to provide prompt responses.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively build relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist with account maintenance and transactions including program payments.
• Support retention efforts by offering options to cancel and retaining members.
• Promote Personal Training services and enroll new clients.
