Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests to ensure a welcoming visit.
• Handle incoming calls and provide prompt, effective responses.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships with members to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist with account maintenance, processing payments and changes.
• Support retention efforts by addressing cancellations and offering options.
• Engage in service recovery and find solutions to member concerns.
• Promote amenities and programs to prospective members to drive sign-ups.
• Connect new members with Personal Training services and support enrollment.
