Life Time, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver top-tier customer service to members and guests and actively promote Life Time memberships.

You will assist with the buying experience, educate members about programs, drive club acquisition and retention, and connect new members to Personal Training services, while earning commissions on PT sales and contributing to a vibrant, healthy club culture.

Formación

• Multi-tasking with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests to start visits smoothly.
• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, effective responses.
• Educate members about programs, events, pricing and policies.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist members with account maintenance, payments, and service changes.
• Support retention by offering options to members requesting cancellation.
• Engage in service recovery and resolve member questions and concerns.
• Promote amenities and programs to drive memberships and sign-ups.
• Connect new members to Personal Training services and assist enrollment.
• Communicate with members and prospects per brand guidelines.
