Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver top-tier customer service and actively promote the club to prospective members in Boca Raton, FL.

You will assist with the buying experience and help achieve acquisition and retention goals while leading the Concierge Team with a service-first mindset. In this role, you will build value-based relationships, educate members about programs, and process memberships and payments.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Complete Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests.
• Answer and route incoming calls from members and guests.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Proactively build relationships and deliver over-the-top service.
• Assist with account maintenance and transactions, including payments.
• Support retention by presenting options to members seeking to cancel.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve member questions and concerns.
• Encourage use of amenities and programs aligned to member interests.
• Communicate with members via email or phone per brand standards.
• Complete administrative duties and reconcile cash drawer.
