Job summary

Life Time in Stamford seeks a Membership Concierge III to deliver top-tier service, promote Life Time offerings, assist with the buying experience, and help achieve club acquisition and retention goals. You will lead on the Concierge Team, modeling service excellence and building value-based relationships that boost loyalty and support members in achieving their health goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service and 1 year in sales, with certifications due within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests on programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively builds relationships with members and guests, delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Assist with account maintenance, processing member needs and transactions including payments.
• Engage in service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customize the buying experience for prospective members by highlighting amenities and programs.
• Communicate with members via email or phone in line with the brand.
• Complete administrative duties, club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation.
