Job summary

The YMCA of Western North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Membership Representative in Asheville. You will warmly welcome members, assist with memberships, and connect people to YMCA programs like swim lessons and youth sports, creating an inviting atmosphere for all backgrounds.

You will use Daxko Operations to manage memberships, communicate program details, follow safety procedures, and participate in trainings to enhance service and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets members and prospective members as they enter our facilities.
• Communicates the value of YMCA and benefits of a YMCA Membership.
• Sells and updates memberships and registers participants for programs using Daxko Operations.
