Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking a Membership Front Office Sales Associate to welcome guests, sell memberships and retail items, and support members with billing questions and club events. You will help maintain a friendly, efficient front desk and uphold the gym’s standards.

You’ll engage with members, promote programs, curate social posts, and collaborate with the team to deliver a coaching, community-focused experience that encourages member retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Ability to explain gym policies and memberships clearly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with social media-related engagement.

Responsibilities

• Selling memberships and retail items.
• Explain policies and terms of gym memberships.
• Overcome objections and qualify prospects.
• Conduct tours of facility for prospects.
• Engage with members to build relationships and promote programs.
• Maintain a clean facility and high cleanliness standards.
• Curate content and post on gym's public pages.
• Follow up with leads and current members to drive retention.
• Assist members with account questions (billing, renewals, freezes).
• Collaborate with manager on community and member engagement events.
