Job summary

The Moore in Miami Design District seeks a Membership Cultivation Manager to drive 60% of the yearly membership sales. You will build a referral network, attend events, and convert conversations into memberships through trusted introductions rather than pressure.

You will report to the Director of Membership and collaborate with Senior Member Relations Manager and Member Relations Manager to maintain an active, high-value pipeline and ensure onboarding continuity for new members.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in membership sales or related field.
• Proven track record of high-net-worth client acquisition and relationship building.
• CRM fluency and pipeline discipline.
• Deep familiarity with Miami's high-net-worth, creative, and entrepreneurial communities.

Responsibilities

• Own the new membership funnel end to end — sourcing, qualifying, touring, and closing.
• Build and run a personal outbound strategy grounded in referral cultivation and strategic networking.
• Lead acquisition campaigns from audience targeting through conversion.
• Lead corporate and institutional opportunities with the Director of Membership.
• Coordinate with the Senior Member Relations Manager for onboarding and handoffs.
