Job summary

Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County seeks a Director of Individual and Corporate Memberships to lead revenue strategies, donor acquisition, and member engagement in support of its mission.

You will manage a portfolio of individual and corporate members, work with marketing and development teams, and oversee events and stewardship activities to strengthen the donor pipeline and community support. This is an in-office role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years in membership, annual giving, fundraising, or related fields.
• Proven track record achieving revenue goals and growing donor relationships.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all membership revenue strategies for individual and corporate programs.
• Manage a donor portfolio and drive acquisition, renewal, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and other teams to ensure member experience.
• Supervise staff, volunteers, and consultants as assigned.
• Meet fundraising goals including annual revenue targets and activity metrics.
