YMCA of Greater Indianapolis in Avon, IN is seeking a Welcome Desk Specialist to greet members, visitors and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will deliver outstanding member service, answer inquiries, and support a safe, welcoming environment while coordinating front-desk activities and assisting with memberships.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to YMCA core values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be supervised by staff 18+ years of age. Minors are not to be in building alone.
• Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration (CPR AED if opening/closing staff) Mandatory trainings within 60-90 days of employment: YMCA New Employee Orientation, Safety and Risk Management, Praesidium: Duty to Report, Praesidium: Keeping your YMCA Safe
