Qualifications

• Call centers, banking, collections, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center.
• Assist members with accounts, loans, credit cards, IRAs and other products.
• Process transactions and provide account support.
• Handle 80-100 inbound calls per day delivering exceptional service.
